My trousers arrived very wrinkled, deeply creased and packaged very poorly. One pair looked as thought it had been worn, returned, and sent off to me without even new tags replaced. That being said, I do like the quality of fabric and fit of Liverpool's jeans and trousers. Just disappointing to receive them shipped so poorly. No shipping slip or receipt was included in my order.

I had purchased these same jeans 3 years ago. I have worn the heck out of them and it shows. I ordered the same style in a 14P and the fit was the same, length, perfect. Although not boot style, they look great over boots and heals. It's hard to find that right pair of jeans, but this is mine

I emailed the company asking about jeans similar to ones I purchased in the past from your company I got a response about shorts. (Off topic)
I proceeded to purchase jeans but they were way too long in length (which is why I wrote the inquiry email in the first place). Another pair of jeans I ordered didn't come in. I responded to the email stating they all needed to be returned, how do I proceed and I have yet to hear from the company. UGH!

I first got Liverpool jeans from Stitch Fix and I loved them. I purchased 2 pairs of the Madonna leggings and they are perfect. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because only one pants showed up when I ordered 2. They did correct it and send me the missing pair with no hassle. Liverpool jeans are fantastic.

I have ordered now from you 4 times. 2 of the orders were screwed up. One order i got wasn't even meant for me. I have called and spoken to someone about this and NO ONE got back to me. it's been 5+ weeks now. Love the pants, but work on your communication.

I love my Liverpool Siennas--they wear incredibly well and are extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that my Sienna leggings, all of which are the same size, don't all fit me the same way. I would love a little more consistency!

I would give these 5 stars, but I have a pair just like them that I got a couple of years ago and they fit me like a glove. The fit of these is good, but not like the previous. Maybe I just need to break them in. This brand is definitely worth the money, I,ve worn these jeans a ton and they still look great!!
