Very disappointed. I redeemed 250 points for a $15 discount, but it didn’t take. Now I am down 250 points and paid full price😖 What’s the point of having a rewards program if it doesn’t work😖😖

Contacted the company to fix shipping immediately after receiving the order email and they would not help me. Regretting trying something I saw on Instagram.

Awful. Had to drive to UPS at 7:30, wait 45 minutes for them to find my package. Tried to add my birthday for points, only to be told my birtjday didn't count this year..
