Love that you provide details on inseam, etc. for all your products. Web site was very slow, however. Pages took forever to load. Not sure whether it is my Internet connection or the web site.

Google shopping had a different price listed for these pants but when I went to use the promo code it told it wasn't valid. I emailed last weekend twice and never received a response so that's pretty frustrating

They had a customer service representative help me with my order. That doesn't happen anymore.

Easy, and like your styles, but didn't appreciate the bait and switch with getting a discount, then penalizing the customer on the free shipping offer because the discount made the order 50 cents under the limit. Really cheap shot on your part.

Would like to have my 250 points back, unable to use my points on this purchase. Thank you.

This was my first time ordering from this company so that’s probably why I found the website rather confusing to use at first but the discount they were offering made it worthwhile. I have friends who have ordered and they have been very satisfied with their “Try it before you pay” policy.
