I like you products but I do not like that I have to fill out a survey to check the status of my order

I spoke to Roslyn on the phone and she sent me the link to the jeans I needed. She was fantastic and a wonderful help to me.

No expedited shipping options were offered so I decided to try to call to complete my order and inquire about shipping options with an agent. After waiting on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, I gave up. Not that it matters to you, but I'll never shop on this website again.

Awful customer service. It’s been 10 days since I’ve placed my order and not a single email or notification about when my order will ship.

This was the first time on your website. I purchased a pair of you jeans from a local shop and love them. I have lost weight and need a pair that fits me and looks a bit dressy.
This site was easy to use and I now joined your site. Thank you

Kelsey pants are a quality pair of work pants that I can wear every day! Purchased in multiple colors. Love these pants, they are a winner! Way to go Liverpool!

The site did not function properly- when I got a tab to see it would not load. And my cart items kept popping up. I know I have items in the cart- I put them there. I don’t want to be reminded and it was a deterrent to purchase anything more.

Only choice from the very begininning.
I was delighted to find it and appreciated it being available at the end of my search.
