Your website doesn't always work well. For example, to check on an order it prompts email or order number, but it didn't work until you enter both. Sometimes when you search not everything is provided.

A bit irritating to not qualify for free shipping with $100 purchase when you price your jeans at $98.00. I figured tax would cover it, but no. Seems tricksy.

Difficult to find out when it will arrive. Also this really annoying feedback window always popped up whenever I clicked the link to check!

It was all fine except that my PayPal didn't go through. I had to manualy enter my credit card which was annoying. Prefer to use PayPal for the encryption and ease
