Luna’s Ludi V2 controller option allows me to program my M600 controller from my Android!! … Thank you Luna team for the R&D to make this happen … the entire X2 bike package is a major step up from my X1 … Awesome bike!

Luna is the only company that sells the core like this. It’s a very useful purchase for spare parts.

Tools was in stock and good thing because that's the only way to replace the belt the right way.

Great site and products.

Great products and service.

Awesome I loved getting the product now I am riding my ass off

Bike is definitely worth every penny and more. My husband and I both bought one and he did tons of research on mountain ebikes and this one is at the top. The only problem is keeping our teenage son off it. It’s not like we can hide the bike. And don’t feel like taking the battery out each time. It’s a keeper

I absolutely love this bike. It’s a beast, it’s beautiful, and all my friends now want one. It’s a top notch bike and such a great price. I feel like I’m getting great value for my money. And Luna support has been great!

Customer service was prompt and product arrived on time. Luna, your doing a great job and I really appreciate it! John Ulrich

After reading about LUNA CYCLE I had to build an E-MTB with their BBSHD kit. I installed it on a new Diamondback SYNC-R with the 52v Wolf battery and it couldn't have been much easier and am quite impressed with the performance. I plan on using this one as a trail bike to keep up with several "expert" level friends.

The only help I did not get from Luna was keeping the weather good enough for a ride. As of yet no real trail riding has happened. However. When it came down to any questions on the display or wheels they were right there to help. Have 3 kit bikes and Luna has been a big help in all these E bike builds. So you could buy from some one else. But best to go with experienced Ebike builders. I had my bike in a week. Right... One week only. Nothing even slightly negative can I say about Luna.. The weather is a total different story. Hope you are all able to ride!! If not hang in there. Spring is around the corner.

Perfect OEM fit. Quick delivery and reliable service. As always!

Good quality but needs to come with appropriate instructions and hardware to complete the setup.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY A SURRON!! You will have to give up all other things you care about. You will have zero time to do anything else. You may even lose all friends that don't also have one. You have been warned.

Worked perfect and looks great on the sur ron x!

I'm giving it 5 stars based on the fun factor. Is it perfect? No, but for the price, the features, and the smile I get while riding, it's a 5 star. Pros: fast, suspension, battery. Cons (for me): bars are too wide, pedals, HUGE Luna logo, and weight. Everything but weight I can change.

I was a little bummed when I received the DNM suspension on my bike after watching my other 2 friends received the fast ace suspension about 2 weeks before me, which is what sold me on the bike entirely. However, I ride a lot and I don’t really baby it, so far so good. Overall happy with the bike but some people frown at it like I’m a hoodlum even though I’m a full grown adult, whatever ask me if I care. Anyways, Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Awesome bike, this thing rips! I'm 5'7" 155 lbs and I got the medium, it fits well but if I could do it over would probably go down to a small frame. It's surprisingly quiet, responsive , speeds up dirt hills with ease and super fun to ride. unmodified I can get this thing up to about 33 mph on the flat with the throttle while pedaling. I've taken it out a couple times for some 5 mile or so rides and the 30-40 advertised mile range seems likely. My derailer wouldn't shift thru all the gears and needed some adjusting out of the box, will eventually have to take to a bike mechanic to get sorted out but hasn't really been an issue so far because I only really shift through a few gears while riding, the 12 gears seems way excessive. Overalll super happy with the bike, it's my first ebike and I'm stoked, it's really exceeded all my expectations for a full suspension ebike! Thanks Luna

Purchased the XX on BL special deal. It was my first Sur Ron so I can’t compare the power or length of battery.
I was riding dirt bikes and MTB my whole life and really wanted that perfect hybrid of both worlds: riding in the wooden trails on tight single track, go downhill and hard enduro my way up the stream through a slippery creek. Doing all of that quietly, without making the other MTB’s or trail walkers be hateful to my loud obnoxious revving engine. I wanted something light enough that I can pick up to cross uncrossable obstacles (like massive fallen trees or so) but with enough weight to keep me on the trail going down the hill and actually brake when needed. I wanted to be easy to maintain, easy to clean, and easy to swap parts if I want to modify.
That bike checked those V marks like a king!
I gave 4 stars (and not 5) for a few reasons:
1. The bike arrived with missing bolts for the fender, and reaching out to Luna Cycle the reply was “it’s impossible” which made me feel very weird about it like someone call me a liar lol - they promised to send those bolts again and I never heard back from them.
2. The bike comes stock with the handlebar that is positioned too low and far upfront that you can’t really ride it efficiently standing up unless you’re 14 year old kid.
3. The rear fender is not designed well and not doing its job - MUST be extended or you get all that mud on your back.
4. The suspension are very soft and not built for hard off road riding.

The bike was designed for daily city riding with some obstacles here and there, have the power to pop that wheelie that everyone get so excited about, and mostly for sitting position riding.

I love this little toy, and I truly enjoy my time riding it.
I wish there was a stock version that would be “ready to race” type.
If Luna Cycle wants, I’ll be happy to help design it for them.
It will be a more expensive bike but I truly think that it will be the holy grail (call it XXR)

Works well. Am only able to get five levels of PA. Thought I would get ten. Does not matter much. Still works well
