Love my Sur Ron bike! Luna cycles did a good job and got it shipped out fairly quickly. Luckily I ordered it while they were in stock, X black edition.

I love the bike and would purchase it again.

My experience with e bike started when my friend invited me for a ride on his e bike made by Rad. We did 33 miles that day and I loved it.His bike was set up with rear hub motor and it was comfortable and pretty quick on a historic rail trail straight run. I wanted to ride more of a single track in a woods. I had downhill mountain bike that I was using in a bike park skiing mountain. I thought that was perfect bike for this project. It had heavy duty full suspension frame, hydraulic brakes and nice knobby tires. After some research I found Luna mid drive set up BBS02 that I installed on my Scott high octane full suspension bike. Installing motor was very easy. Size of the frame tube perfectly matched size of the Bafang motor. And I installed 44 tooth sprocket on it. I had no issues with chain alignment.
I purchased but did not use brake sensors. Motor has a lot of torque and love control panel. I think it is model 750.
It is bright and shows a lot of information in a beautiful colorful display.
After taking our bikes on mountain trails few times, my friend wanted to sell his RAD and get something with mid drive motor. I am 62 years old and I love my new toy.
My wife said “ He think he is 10 years old “.
I answered her:”I am not, but I am having so much fun on it as if I was 10 years old”
Thank you, Luna. You have a happy customer

I love the bike and it is an amazing product and can do lots to the bike to make it better and improve your riding.

Reasonable shipping. Parts as advertised, will buy again for surron parts rather than second rate websites.

Great service and parts .Fast shipping

Luna really came through with quick shipping of my Sur Ron X Bike Black Edition. As a motorcyclist and mountain biker, the bike has exceeded my expectations, slotting dynamically in between the two. Various videos linked on Luna's website made set up simple and worry-free. They followed up quickly when sending along various accessories I ordered. So glad Luna spotted, carries and supports this one of a kind bike.

THANK YOU LUNA! LOVE MY SUR RON!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was made. I’m 63 and have been riding trail bikes since I was 11 and have a blast riding it. My son and son in law love it and I’ll probably get another one I just wish you had smaller ones my grandkids could ride.

Best value for my X1 drivetrain.

It’s awesome! I can go anywhere anytime. We have mountain property and I can make my own trails and explore places I couldn’t have gone to before. The battery lasts a long time - i went on an overland trip for over an hour and still had 75%p
I ordered a motocross seat - the stock seat is a little hard for longer rides
Needs another mode - a “ridiculous” or” ludicrous” mode 😃
A great machine - bravo!!

Coming from a background of mountain biking and a little bit of dirt biking this lands somewhere right between for me. This bike has been an absolute blast! I love that it doesn’t disturb people. I love that I can ride it with my kids on their EVs and actually talk to them while we ride. It can handle all the trails and jumps I was used to doing on my MTB. I ride on private land, DO NOT take it on public MTB trails. It can tear up the trails. Already looking at options for bigger batteries. I’m getting about 18-20mi per charge of hard riding and 30+ putting around on EP mode.

Geared up to a 54 tooth rear sprocket. This was just what I needed to extend the chain and fit correctly. Much cheaper than buying an entire new chain.

These are a must have, they make the bike feel more to size and better handling for sure. Quick shipping as always with Luna.

Ting had the action, buggah fit right on top

great unit very user friendly

It's a great bike for sure but if your new to riding I'd suggest getting something a little less wild.

The sur ron X black edition is a great small electric dirtbike. A lot of fun out of the box with tons of options to upgrade.

Awesome experience, quick to answer questions and showed up quicker than expected. Love the bike and will be buying parts from Luna soon. Possibly another bike as well. Thanks guys!

Surron is a little smaller than expected but it is powerful, fun. I enjoy my bike on a daily basis from street to dirt.
Luna gets 6stars for their services from shipping to customer service.
