Thanks Luna for the excellent customer service!

I used this cable to span the distance between the display and it's selector (on/off + -) pad on my recumbent. I snipped off the center male prong making it a 4 wire. It is working perfectly.

This seat is an awesome addition to the Segway/Sur Ron. Looks great and is comfy too! Thanks Luna

Order shipped quickly and was just what I needed! Luna has great customer service and speedy shipping!

This seat was excluded from my last order. I emailed customer support and got taken care of in a proper amount of time. This seat is way better than the stock sur ron seat!

Excellent service (as usual)!

The axel is very light. I give it 4 stars because the aluminum is quite soft, be careful torquing it with a hex wrench or it may be damaged. Overall it works very well

Upgraded my 1996 Marin FRS from a BBS02 to a BBSHD with a BBSHD Bare Bones kit from Luna. What a difference, I had tuned the controller on the BBS02 more that 15 times, but was never happy with how it performed. The Luna BBSHD upgrade made all the difference. The stock controller settings on the BBSHD were perfect, and the bike now performs great. Much more power and PAS performance at all power levels. The kit was easy to install using all my original kit components.

Hands down the best purchase I have made in a very long time. 750 watt Galaxy, the bike itself was amazing without the motor, the motor powers up long steep hills just fine.

Listen…buy this tool up front or wish that you did. Just sayin’…

This chainring is amazing. Very lightweight & more lost-chains after a few consecutive bumps. Be sure to get an appropriately sized chain as well and you’re all set!

So far so good, has a light scratch when I unpacked it so far I only used it once just to see how it feels and it feels great .

Very cool looking as well

I bought this kit with my bike order. Been running them for about two years now. As much as i love my bike, the pedal kit is trash. Ruins the smooth feel of the bike even if it does make the bike legal. Really considering trying another conversion such as the KANIWABA kit. 10/10 would recommend bike. 0/10 would recommend this particular pedal kit. Though i did pick up some of Luna pedals which have held up well to replace the plastic POS ones right off the hop. That was a good choice.

My experience was 5 stars for sure, i had some issues receiving my order that were 100% my fault but Luna were patient and worked with me so i was able to get my part! I have nothing bad to say about this company.

It's a good quality product that is easier for me to work than the other styles of throttles. It also seems to be the safest style of throttle to prevent inadvertently activating the motor.

Very fun little bike. Very small frame so plan on buying some parts/mods to make it feel bigger unless you are 5 feet tall. Great power for trail riding, feels slow on the street though. Needs bigger/wider tires. The surron online community is awesome and there are a million mods/resources available to help make the bike what you want it to be. Be ready to spend some time and money figuring out what you need. Awesome bike for the tinkerer/enthusiast.

Overall very happy with the BBSHD kit and Wolf pack Battery. The motor was not difficult to install with all the online support available. Part two of the Luna Cycle BBSHD install videos was just music no talking. Very disappointing, but there are better ones available on Youtube. The BBSHD is very quiet and works as advertised. Lots of fun to ride. Big smiles every time! Donor bike was a Specialized Cross trail with hydraulic brakes. So far have not seen a need for brake cut offs. The gear sensor makes shifting easy. Gearing down at stops and big hills eases stresses on the motor and results in a smoother ride and a more graceful departure from a stoplight!
The gear sensor did not come with the two plastic end pieces for the shift cable sheathing cuts needed to install. Manual referred to them but after extensive search through the box, not there.
The DPC18 display manual linked to on the Luna product page is outdated/not accurate. My DPC18 has 5 PAS levels and ECO/SPORT as a selection option in the display programming options. Nowhere in that link to the manual was there a description of ECO/SPORT modes. The link gives the impression there are 9 PAS levels. Again, accurate manual available online after some searching. Luna Cycle link needs to be updated. Preferably not on a blog.
Shipping to Canada was more expensive than I realized. After initial shipping charge from Luna of $75 US (over $94 CAD), UPS added another $65 in brokerage fees for a total of almost $160 CAD.

Excellent piece of hardware!!!

I’ve only had the bike out a couple times getting the suspension and brakes set up. I had high expectations and I’m incredibly pleased with the bike!
