it's very comfortable.
And yes, I recommend this seat..

Easy to install.

A future ebike purchase has been on my mind since mountain biking in Bentonville last year at the Bike Fest. It was apparent that riding up elevation was kicking my butt. I have a friend that purchased the Luna Z1 brand new and wanted to downsize his inventory of bikes. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I rode it once, and I was sold on the brand. It is guaranteed to plant a smile on your face on every ride.
Pros:
Fit and Finish a top-notch with excellent components.
Accelerating up a gradient is like a rocket remaining stable
I love the Galaxy paint job
Motors over the sand with confidence
I agree that the bike is DYI and have confidence parts can be replaced.
Cons
I need to shorten the handlebars. The local trails are tricky to manage and do not hit the bars in those areas where the path is narrow.
It's a heavy bike, so there is a learning curve on the dynamics and handling.
I have no regrets about the purchase and look forward to a fantastic 2033 and beyond riding it.

After having my surron for about a year, the power randomly started cutting out. At first it was rare and then started to happen more and more. After jiggling wires I found the throttle to be the culprit. I replaced it with this and haven't had a problem since. Easy install. Works great. Cheap replacement

I would say this is a very useful and gorgeous looking product, at a seriously good price! This a trend with just about every Luna Cycle e-bike product I have ever bought. Better prices superiour products once again I am very happy with my purchase for Luna! Thank you

Luna has my back. If I have ANY questions there is someone at Luna with the answer. On top of that, they speak and understand English .
Thank you Lunacycles.

Bike came well packed and well built.

Nice quality, cool packaging!!

Quick delivery, great quality!!

Great customer service!! Super quick delivery and superb packaging!!

This bike is amazing! There are the usual issues others report such as soft tires and terrible breaks. I think there should be an upgrade option for better breaks or a cheaper option to send the bike without breaks so that the buyer can upgrade them. They still function. Purchase was smooth, took about 2 weeks to receive the bike. Setup was easy. Only reason for 4 star is the breaks because you need to spend another 400 to upgrade. Another note is the head light. Please add a switch so that we don't have to spend extra money for one. Outside of the breaks, this bike was worth every penny!

Great service. Excellent communication. Fast shipping.

hi stop power is great on my stock brake setup.buy it

Works and fits better then stock but had to modify for ko motor..

Excellent product and fast shipping. The chainring does exactly what I needed it to do, aligns the chain to my rear freewheel. Since getting this product I ordered 2 more things off the site. It's a great parts resource.

Thank you for the excellent service.

This bike rips!

After much research, I ordered and received this bike.

Assembly was very straight forward. (Highly suggest you take out the battery while you assemble it, so you can have a fully charged battery once completed ;).) and then its all YEEHAWS.

Just cut the limiter wire ASAP. Night and DAY difference in power.

PLENTY of torque (post limiter wire cut) and the throttle is very sensitive, smooth, responsive and can throttle up a wheelie at +20MPH with buttery ease.....

Brakes are SUPERB! I can glide to a full stop in the 12 o'clock wheelie position knowing all well, the brakes are powerful enough to handle that load/stress.

**Snob Rider Alert Comment** The stock tires are subpar. This would be the first upgrade anyone should consider if you plan on riding this offroad, BUT the stock tires offer enough to get out immediately. Just giving a heads up to those who wanted to add on more aggressive tires right out of the gate.

Now, would I recommend this bike to someone that wants an E-Bike that is in the market? 100%. No hesitation. I accidently added another one to my cart without even thinking. A.W.E.S.O.M.E.......BIKE. Thank you Luna! Great Customer Service!

P.S. I also got it up to 55MPH STOCK. **According to the electronic display**.

Cheers!

This thing rips! I've been riding it every day since I got it! Fast shipping. Great customer service! I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't mess around with any other bike on the market right now. This has got to be the best right out of the box!

Ordered two Surrons, one for my son and one for me. This has been an excellent purchase!!! Tons of fun and over 1200 miles with zero issues. Luna Cycle was prompt to answer any questions I had before my purchase and had both surrons shipped very fast via fedex. Highly recommend buying from Luna Cycle.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing quality!!!
