I’ve had my 2021 Surron X Black Edition for a couple of weeks now and I’m loving it, my wife also loves it, it’s much more friendly for her to ride then her CRF250L on tight single track trails, I’ve set up a trials area in our yard and it doesn’t disturb the neighbors, the Surron X fits our lifestyle of taking it camping on back of our adventure rig for exploring and just all around good times, I’ve added the foot peg support bar and will be ordering the Luna heavy duty skid plate soon.

These are real quality handlebars. When I cut the ends off with
a pipe cutter the aluminum is twice the thickness of stock bars.
To my surprise even my Daughters pro-taper bars were thin walled just like stock and cost double the Luna bars. Also the Luna bars have a comfortable bend.

The Luna seat upgrade is great ! A very reasonable price and very
comfortable. Not to mention it is at least an inch taller than stock. A
must have because the stock seat really sucks.

another fun bike from luna, got 2 of them, plus my folding one ( mosso) , which I got it in 2018, and my Sur Ron.
Best ebikes are in luna, thanks you

Love the bike, I already have 4 luna bikes , and my employees also got luna bikes, best bikes around !!!

Awesome looking plate, looks Great, and is sturdy!

You cant beat the price! Get extra cush and like the color stitching

great to have as a backup up in case I lose on a trail...

The surron is sooo amazing the best investment I ever made live in nyc and it a must to get around my girlfriend want to get one soon

First time buying an electric bike, also first time making such a large purchase with a company I haven’t delt with before.
All I can say is you won’t be disappointed! Be logical with your questions and you’ll get logical answers! Shipping was quick and the whole experience was painless!!
10/10 will do business again

Absolutely love this! So fun to ride on mountain bike style trials.
The weight and the way you ride and maneuver it feels closer to a mountain bike to me then a dirt bike. This 2021 Black version from Luna comes with tires that have been great so far for me. The brakes felt lousy at first, but after riding a bit a and bedding them in they feel pretty good to me. Front fork is soft, but I tend to ride more on the back tire, so I only bottom the front fork on 3-4 foot drops.

Also, it is the easiest to ride 2 wheeled motor powered vehicle I have experienced. Super easy to low speed control in the LP mode on pavement. I have many friends who have never ridden a motorcycle who are able to jump on this right away. Excellent learner/trainer bike.

I have been happy with the battery life so far. I get around an hour of hard trail riding on fairly flat terrain. Not going to survive a long trial ride a long dirt bikes, but perfect for bombing around for an hour.

I have worked on and ridden Bafang motors, parts, and accessories from LunaCycle, Full Time, for over 2 years.
I have ridden thousands of miles on 200lb cargo bikes pulling 200lb trailers using BBSHD motors and luna batteries.
Everything purchased through LunaCycle has been top quality. They go above my expectations and are always available to give feedback and help builders create useful and functional bikes.

A lot stronger from stock looks great with the side design, definitely recommend for rocks, branches, logs, etc. SAVE THAT MOTOR

Very soft, comfy seat. Makes you sit a little taller which I kinda liked. This seat is a big upgrade from stock I definitely recommend it!

Great Quality and fit as stock. Great upgrade for a taller rider and I will follow up with the seat extender kit.

Really good product and customer service is great

Chain ring does very well with my BBSHD on my ‘14 Salsa Mukluk 2. Can easily change into every gear on my 12 speed SRAM Eagle cassette. Upgraded from the Mighty Mini because there is such a thing as too much torque (especially with a 50T cog on the cassette, the thing could climb walls). This chain ring needed quite a lot spacers, I used the entire Mighty Mini chain ring as a spacer along with a few millimeters more of a custom aluminum spacer I made. After all, this chain ring cleared the chain stay and gave me a great chain line. Love that it’s light weight (helps offset the weight of that whole other chain ring I’m using as a spacer haha), available in gold to match my gold Mukluk, and that I can still pedal with resistance in the 12 gear on full motor power to reach 36mph (6mph faster than was possible with the Mighty Mini). It has less torque now, but with the Eagle cassette it climbs very steep hills just fine, it’s also decreased the wear on my cassette cogs, and has helped stop accidental wheelies. Don’t like the name Eclipse Chain Ring, because it sounds too similar to Ellipse Chain Ring, which is a whole different thing.

durable and comfy but firm enough for riding. must have upgrade.

The 36 tooth sprocket is a perfect fit for my full suspension Santa Cruz Bullitt with 1000w BBSHD mid drive. 42 tooth was way too big and chain kept coming off. 30 tooth is perfect for serious trail riding but street riding is slow. I actually wore out my 30 tooth and bought this one and love it. Doesn't hill climb as good as the 30 tooth but works great offroad. All the gears work and the chain doesn't come off.

This is a great, solid, never let you down chainring and for the price... Get outta here. You can't beat it. You know a company is great when the product they use for stock equipment is killer.
