The right side bracket from Luna does not have a stock alignment and stabilizing pin which enables you to align your pedal exactly. Without the pin you must rely on tightening the bolt to keep your pedal in position. A simple and easy thing to design but they missed it. With a shortage of these brackets I'm still grateful to have it.

This is the best upgrade from the thumd throttle on my 750w. Bafang mid drive totaly changed my mtn bike . Its a guarter turn it works so much better than the thumd trottle much more presise bike is easyer to control .Hightly recomend it.

Perfect product, nice 'moon luna print " on make it so nice, and power is ON!!

This is a great solution for a set it and forget it OEM replacement battery charger. The Luna smart charger lets me charge the battery every night and not have to worry about overcharging and damaging the battery. The ability to choose a charging rate of 1-5 amps and auto shut off after charging to 80, 90, or 100% are awesome features. This charger is light years ahead of other chargers, at a very reasonable price.

Great upgraded seat for your surround fast shipping also

Luna has some of the best gears on the market Great fast shipping time

what a great seat weigh better than the factory one

Luna has excellent products and great shipping time

I brought over 6 52v Chargers and now I only have 2 that are working. I just brought a 52v charger on amazon 2 weeks ago. I have 2 that only charge up to 55v. 1 of them the display stopped working. The other 2 red light is on and will not work. Other stuff I buy are pretty good and I have no problems. I am using the Replacement displays for monitoring the V and Amps on Batteries I build for my Power Wall and portable power for my shed that is off the Grid. When I buy from you it usually comes as advertied, with a Tracking number and pretty quickly. I have used you on-line help but it would be great if you offer a fee for help Tech support. I would be more inclined to try new projects and new Builds of Bikes. Just a thought, if I buy xx amount of stuff I can get a discount on Pay for Fee Tech Support. Or if you had more help videos as a channel with a basic fee and more for in Person help maybe with zoom or just Phone. For me that would help get. As I mentioned before I do not drive because of my poor eye sight so I rely on me doing more and with the COVID 19 a lot of bike shops closed and its harder to find a bike shop near me so now I have to do even more on my own. I have to spend sooo much time on youtube try to solve or fix my problems. If you had tech support for that Live or a Channel I would love to use that service. Thank you and I will be make a purchase soon on my mid drive for my new trike I brought from Utah Trikes. Tony helped out on a Question I sent out about Conversion kit ref:_00D1UEaLp._5001UlvG1s:ref. My only beef are those Battery chargers are went bad. Please keep up the great work, Mitchell Dor-Ghali

I needed the heavier model and it installed easily. It has performed flawlessly and made my rides much more enjoyable for the last year.

I needed the wrench for the initial install of the BBS02 mid drive motor. It worked very well .

Nice

Remember back when you were a child learning to ride a bike for the 1st time. That amazing joy as you road down a slight hill w/ a smile easily seen from space? Ya, this is the same feeling! Every person that rides my bike is COMPLETELY blown away. It's everything I hoped it would be and more!

fast shipping and nice customer service.

I recently purchased my first e-bike and after breaking down the numbers I was suprised that almost half of the cost ($1500) is invested in the two Lithium batteries that came with the bike. In order to maximize their longevity I discovered that Lithium batteries should not be stored completely charged to 100%. By almost doubling their expected longevity (by charging to 80%) it was a "no brainer" to upgrade from the stock charger to the Luna 48V Advanced 300W charger.

great product and excellent service.
Nice experience, will be back for more.

it is awesome. you get that extra ~2" you want!! ;-) however it should have come with the latch cover which you need to purchase it for extra $8 or so but other than that for tall people its highly recommended.

These batteries are serious. My old battery was a toy compared to this. The build quality is second to none. Install was easy despite needing to make some adjustments for my specific setup. It’s an absolute juggernaut, I would definitely buy this again.

Shipping was quick and the item is.much more comfortable than the stock seat

Excellent service!!! everything arrived quickly.
