Worked as desired

High quality equipment

Once I learned how to use the knowledge base forum and get used to a customer service business model based on emails rather than phone conversations things got way better. I had a couple issues out of the box: no peddle assist due to wire harness issue and dropper seat post sagging. Once I got this squared away with the help of Tech Reps Seb and Joel, I was stoked! The bike itself is wonderful. Powerful uphill, with a long lasting battery. Plus it is a sold downhill speed machine. All this with an affordable price point. I bought the small sized X-1 enduro for my wife who is 5'6" and it is a good fit. We opted for the color screen and quiet motor gear and glad we did. I tried to buy a medium for myself but alas, they were sold out. I purchased a used medium 2019 Specialized Carbon Levo for about a $1K more than the Luna X-1 on PinkBike.com. I really like it, however it is no where near as powerful on uphills and the battery range is roughly 60% of the LunaCycle X-1, We are first time E-mnt bike owners and are pleased that we purchased a LunaCycle X-1 Enduro and have and will continue to recommend it to friends.

Quality piece. I have installed 2 Luna mid drives, its a must have tool

These things are a BLAST! Great suspension out of the box, and a battery life sure to keep a smile on your face for hours!

I like the quality service and quality product it came fast in a couple of days. No problems fitting it skid plate went on with ease and looks awesome. I highly recommend this product definitely worth the money.

Much more plush after landings. Would recommend

It is nice to have these short Speedo sensors extensions available for purchase. In some tandem and trike mid drives the longer extension just leaves too much cable to hide or tuck out of the way. A large 'bird nest' of cable is not the sign of a clean installation. Thanks again for making these available.

My husband and I purchased 2 Sur-Ron X bikes and we LOVE THEM!! We are not spring chickens and we’re looking for the middle ground between me being a cyclist and he loving dirt bikes. This was the PERFECT middle ground! We have had so much fun with these bikes! They arrived a little late due to winter storms, and Fed-Ex neglected to set up a delivery day/time (they left both bikes on our front doorstep with NO notice, but this isn’t anything to do with Luna Cycle! We really appreciate how quickly our order was processed and sent. We really appreciated the update emails! Thank you Luna Cycle!

Received items promptly and was actually what I needed! A little pricey, but when you need it, what cha gonna do?!!

Spring go boing

I am pleasantly surprised by the Silent Gear from Luna!
I did my first ride of about 20 km I have to say it was worth it, the motor has become significantly quieter. It just has to show how durable the plastic gear is.
The assembly can be done with a little skill without major problems.
I have one more comment about Luna Cycle. It would be nice if you included the Mobil Grease 28 in sufficient quantity with the Silent Gear.
Since you now have to buy a whole tube of grease and you only need a fraction of it.
The whole upgrade now cost me $ 240. ( Germany )

The difference between the hotrod vs this ludicrous v1 at 52v is noticable. It feels like the hotrod, except it feels like a hotrod with a full battery charge and a bit more extra torque. My front wheel lifts off the ground now off the line, and the torque has increased steadily through the lower to mid range. Ive had the stock controller, hotrod, and this v1 ludi. This general capability should have came stock with the bbshd. Bafang needs luna!

super smooth throttle response!!!

It really looks cool, it's lightweight, yet very strong.
When building my custom ebike, I replaced the bolts from this product with longer bolts and and nut as a spacer, just to make sure the chainring isn't too close to the frame and it's not eating it (like it happened to my old frame before)

Sell all your other two wheel toys and buy this thing. Don’t be afraid to ride the local trails just keep it respectful.

she love it

These things worked perfectly on my daughter’s beach cruiser.... popped right in the bottom bracket and was good to go

put purple one to match my wife's purple bike.

Much needed addition if your trail riding
