Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
I love this bike. It's a great value and super fun. A few improvements could be made for taller and heavier riders. I did have to add a seat extender, change the stem, and add a 3" riser bar. A larger front wheel would be ideal. Luna Cycles was very helpful, and answered all of my setup questions quickly. Luna's videos are also very helpful. I would buy from Luna again.

Luna Float Seat for Sur-Ron (Vinyl)
Great seat. Way more comfortable than the stock one. Just need to make it with different color stitching.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
I love this bike so much, I’m trying to get a second.
I’m 6’0 160 lbs and it’s great for me. I can get up 40 degree inclines with new tires.
It will even carry me and my wife up steep hills when needed.

Luna 750c Full Color Display for BBDHD and BBS02
This is the best display Luna offers. It’s easy to read for older guys like myself. Having a clear numerical value displayed for output watts allows for much greater power management. Which equates to less range anxiety. I’ve tried the other displays but they don’t compare to this one.

Luna Eclipse ChainRing for the BBSHD
This was a perfect fit and fixed my chain line issues with a Bafang 1000W mid drive. The red finish looks sharp! Quality made product, I will be ordering another for my wifes bike.

Luna Surron Stainless Steel Bash Guard v1 with Beauty Plate
Crucial upgrade + it adds a bit more swag to the Sur-Ron. Way thicker and more durable than stock skid plate. Great enhancement for off-road riding or just overall motor/wire protection.

Luna 2 Piece Vortex Eclipse for Surron
Great product! Must have if you are serious about off-road riding. 54T Luna sprocket didn’t come bored for counter sink titanium (rainbow) colored screws. However I just put a bunch of blue loc tite and torqued it to about 22lbs.

Bafang Besst Service Tool
I ordered the BESST programming tool so I could experiment with different firmware for my X-1 Enduro. The X-1 Ludicrous firmware is a blast on fire roads, but has too much power for technical single track riding. With this programming tool, I was able to switch the the stock X-1 firmware, which changes the pedal assist levels to allow lower power riding, which works better on the technical trails and also increases the battery life. I can change back to the Ludicrous firmware anytime I plan to ride shorter rides on fire roads.

X1 Enduro EBIKE
I am very happy with my X1, I am 5-8 height I should have waited for a med instead I got a small, when I chose Luna 2 factors swayed me to get it, 1. the prize, 2 its a local S. Ca company, I can get support in terms of getting it tuned up, if any problems I can easily bring it in. Thank God the bike has held up well, got 300 miles in it in a month.
Support in e-mail has been good turn around response, but the shop in El Segundo does not excist, you cannot bring in your bike any fixings or help, it is just like you bought it elsewhere.
So if you are not handy this might not be the bike for you, hoping they would change that, even if they charge for the service like tune ups, battery, motor maintenance, etc.... would be another stream of income plus local S CAL riders intermediate and below will have better peace of mind knowing they have physical help.
Aside from that been very happy with my X1.

Bafang BBS02 and BBSHD Programming Cable
One of the great things about Luna/Bafang is the ability to custom program.
We use our ebikes different than most people. Our bikes are programmed with very gradual assist level increases for the first four settings. That allows us to get a workout, without straining up steep hills, or into a strong headwind.
We also have our “zero” setting set to offset the lower efficiency of the ebike due to extra weight and larger tires vs a road bike. At zero, we want our bikes to ride more like a lightweight road bike.
You simply can’t get a bike set up like that from the bicycle store.
