Every single transaction and basically every interaction with Luna gives me that extra handful of french fries at the bottom of the bag feeling. They ship everything so fast and best of all they ship exactly what it is I have ordered. It was such a relief to get this plug n play cable in just two days and get me back on two wheels, fast just like the custom mid drive hot rod bafang bbshd I bought from these guys last month. I also want to say that tech support at other companies might have tried to sell me a new display or even a new controller or worse yet redponded with a url to some ebike forum with a bunch of grouchy old experts making you feel stupid for asking what is a newbie question with their endless sphere chucking and sometimes not even responding at all. No Way Jose.
Not the guys at Luna who even though I am feeling stupid for a silly mistake are so patient and promptly return every email to help me narrow down the true culprit of my being stuck....like in this case a bad cable. Oh yah customer service is also great...thanks Kelly for sending a copy of that missing invoice in like two hours....and Eric even though you look like a hippie from another planet....thank you for building such a great team who really knows what customer support should feel like

Received my SurRon X 3 weeks ago. I now have 150 miles logged. I am enjoying this bike beyond words. I ordered a Luna Bash plate to replace the stock bash plate. I’m so happy I did. Today I took a narly trail. I took a particular steep trail and on one occasion hit the new bash plate relatively hard. It took the hit really well. The peace of mind this upgrade provides is really a must purchase. As a bonus the folks at Luna Cycles provide exemplary service with a smile.

Battery works great. Thanks Luna

I have purchased at least three different mid drive kits from Luna Cycle, and various other parts. They run a respectable, and professional business. I recommend them highly, they treat their customers well. Thank you Luna Cycle! 👍

I installed

I couldn't be happier with the charger. It's perfect

The good, nice large colorful display that shows more functions than standard M600 display. Easy to install plug and play. The bad, unable to change wheel size and therefore distance traveled is not accurate. Video shows wheel size is adjustable but apparently not on M600 version. Deal killer for me and had to return it.

Love this thing!! It's so fast! Lots of cool upgrades you can do to it as well. It's so light, you can fling it around with ease. So great for dirt biking or street riding. One of the best $3600 I've ever spent!!

Great to have as a spare part!

Useful spare part! As described. No issues.

Product (a 30T chainring for my eMTB Stumpjumper FSR mod) was exactly the right item. It makes a huge difference, and I lucked out in chatting up a knowledgeable MTB pal who said 'Try Luna. They have everything, even the stuff you don't even know you need.' Turns out to be exactly right.

It's a really effective chainring, and the offset fixed my chain line. It looks great, but would have liked the option to get it without the Luna logo. Id like to note that the teeth get stripped of their color really fast, and its probably not worth paying the extra $10 for colored teeth.

Great bike and great company. I ordered when corona first hit and they were very helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my order.

Shipped and received on time. Bike has alot of power.

This is my third ebike build. Two hub drives from other suppliers first then the Luna Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit. This is now my new favorite! I started by sending questions to several different suppliers of same or similar kits. Luna was by far the most responsive and helpful. The assembly was easy and straight forward, however I did need to watch some videos. I used a Mongoose Malus as the donor bike. I went with the 40 tooth sprocket and and 120mm width on the BB. While I had some angle on the lowest gear on the rear it was not a severe issue and seems to work fine. I highly recommend Luna Cycle Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit. I am ordering a second one since my son confiscated mine to use for hunting.

Great price, very durable, 3M adhesive on back makes it stick firmly. Very official look showing its an E bike.

It is the best e bike on the market. The buying process pleasant. The bike rides perfect. assemble is very easy. I ride it every chance I get. I use it to commute during the week and drive it to the trails on the weekend.

great bike

This is my Second Electric Bike, My first was a Segway 260. I love Both but I wish I did not pay $1300 more for the Segway. They are Both VERRRRRY similar, almost the exact same. The main Difference that I can tell is the Sur-ron does not have a front fender, the front forks are different and the electronic controllers appear to be different, I had to down load an App for the Segway and if has many features that can be set to control Speed ETC, the Sur-ron I just cut the Green Wire and it let me go full Speed. I am a 57 year old man who has ridden dirt bikes ALLL my life. I currently have (2), one is a KTM 200 2 stoke and the other is RM250 4 stroke, So I am used to decent amount of POWER. Both the Electric Bike are GREAT fun to drive, they are no were near the power or speed of the Gas bikes, but like I said I am 57 years old and the speed and power of the electric bikes are just the right balance of fun and safety. The Bikes really show there strength in the tight woods and can keep up with the Gas machines, But in an open field you will be eating the dust and SMOKE of the Gas bike. They are a little tricky climbing hills, not a lot of power and you need to keep your momentum going. The absolute BEST thing about the electric bikes are there SILENCE, I can not drive my gas bikes around my house and the electric bikes are AWESOME to drive in the neiborhood. I have frequently been chasing the Deer up at the local High School and near by park at night. The LED head light is Good. Overall its one of the Best things I have bought in awhile, and having two is the only way to Go !!!!
Will be interesting to see how they hold up. The battery last a DECENT amount of time, Solid hour driving hard and longer if you are taking it easy. I have only had about a month now and EVERY body that drives it LOVES it. I have already sold my 49 CC honda scooter but will keep my Gas dirt bikes, these Electric are AWESOME toys and fun to drive but they need a little more UMMMPH before I sell my Gas dirt bikes

Best Luna battery so far! Lots of power and very solid encasing. The magnet rail is very strong.
