Good service.

This specific motor has super torque!! Much more than BBSHD/BBS02. I learned a lot about bike chains (slip, breaking, replacing, half-link vs full-link, adding tensioner, and chain guides). The Mini-Cyclone works good out of the box, but i'll also say that you'll need to be open to learning how to "tinker" to fully get its potential. Also to note, though its not a quiet motor, just be courteous to fellow hikers/bikers and you'll be fine... its just so daaaannng powerful, i love it!!!

Excellent! The only battery that would fit inside my small frame! Very close runtime to a downtube 17.5 amp. battery on our bigger frame bike! highly recommend! Power and punch in a small size battery!👍

You can't go wrong with the BBSHD!! It's got torque when you need it and climbs with minimal pedal assist really well. Look, nothing replaces good old leg-muscle-power, but turning my old mountain bike to an ebike (w/ BBSHD) has been super great for my health. I'm out in the mountains more often now. The single best element about this motor is how quiet it is. I'm very considerate out in the trails, using this motor does will not get you bad looks or nasty comments. People hear the tire-on-dirt noise, NOT the motor.

I bought these before I got my bike because I heard the original pedals are prone to pedal strikes. They are about an inch shorter than the original crank arms. They do what they are supposed to do.

very well put together kit, I did have to fabricate a motor mount. the mount that comes with the kit is questionable. when I buy a second kit, I will also buy the Luna 3D mounting system, looks like it would be well worth the money. Support from Luna has been very good with fast response times. A great experience.

Love my 58T sprocket, looks agressive looks good. Gets me the torque I need when I'm riding off road but didn't cut my top speed up by too much when riding street. Love it thats the perfect compromise of torque/top speed for me and what I'm doing.
Looks beautiful with my X black edition perfect match.

Great kit, so far works great, had to buy the 30 tooth front sprocket though, a little underpowered on the big hills

Appellee peddling along thank you very much

I'm a 35 year old mountain biker. I don't have any dirt bike experience, so I'm probably not the best person to review the bike. I'm just not good enough to get near the bike's limits. I've been riding the bike on relatively flat gravel trails every other day since I got it. I love the look of it and the sound. After reading the other online reviews, I expected it to be insanely fast. I would describe it as peppy. I gets up and goes, but not enough to scare me. Mind you have flipped it back on myself a couple times by punching it from a standstill. You need to be careful with that. I broke the rear fender off which I wish was made of stronger plastic. The other important bits seem to be well built. The total cost was more than I initially anticipated. I'm on Lake Huron in Canada, and it cost me About $6100 CAD by the time I paid exchange, duty, taxes and shipping. That could get you a serious motorcycle. That said, I probably would get this again. For someone that's inexperienced, it's pretty approachable.

Excellent

Good replacement, OEM part. I'd suggest using a brace in between to avoid bending if you're a heavier rider.

Great item and price!

The Luna 64 Tooth sprocket came as advertised and was easy to install. The correct number of chain links were included and made the job even easier. Now my Sur-Ron can really climb hills. Just what I needed.

Best information, decent price, arrived fast works great!

My experience with my Sur Ron has been awesome. I've ridden a lot of modern mountain bikes in the past as well as a decent amount of full size dirtbikes, and this 2020 Sur Ron X sits somewhere in between them like a hybrid of both. I'm 5'11 and 165 lbs- with a 64 tooth rear sprocket this bike produces large amounts of low end torque, enough to loft the front wheel with no effort whatsoever. You do, however, need to be aware of what you are buying- it's not meant to plow through rock gardens at 35 mph like a pro rider might do on a full size racing dirtbike. However, with some beefier upgrades like a 21 inch front wheel and better / stronger forks, I would bet the high speed rough trail capability of this bike will increase significantly.

My experience with Luna Cycle has also been equally great. They have good customer service and have been able to answer any questions that I've had in a satisfactory manner. It's truly awesome how casual a day out on the trails with a Sur Ron is compared to a full size bike- no gas mixing, no air filter cleaning, loading and unloading is so easy, washing the bike is less effort as well. If you're seriously considering buying one, I say do it!

Great charger, easy to use. Keeps battery in great shape!

I am enjoying the bike greatly. Unfortunately I broke my right foot the day before it arrived. :( Thus I haven't done a full on experience. The product is as good as expected. Thank You Sur-Ron

The adaptor did not line up with the 11 tooth cassette gear but about an inch outside of it when I attached the 52 tooth chainring, was useless. How ever their Eclipse 48 tooth works beautifully and gives a bit of inward offset.

My first ebike very impressed check out luna x1 riders on fb more info there
