Surron Replacement Kickstand
Tony and Luna Cycle went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. This order only is for a kickstand but I also needed a rear wheel urgently and it was out of stock. So Tony and the shop also found me a used rear wheel and sent spokes to replace the ones that were bent. Thanks to Luna I was back riding sooner than if I had to wait for new wheels to arrive. Tony also patiently answered all my questions. Excellent customer service. I will come back to them for all my parts purchases.

Replacement DNM/KKE Axle and Bolts
Needed to the get axle in order to get the end cap that often goes missing. I recommend a little loctite on the cap. If someone needs an axle let me know.

Luna Surron Stainless Steel Bash Guard
This skid plate is an excellent value and fit perfectly. My only complaint is with the shipping, it arrived severely bent on one side, but was easily fixed.

Surron Roller Bearing Upgrade Headset
Products and services has been A+ - zero complaints. Completely blown by the proactive approach to sending out support kits for batteries to be sure they are kept moisture free.

X1 Enduro EBIKE
Got off to a rough start. I lost the spacer for the front wheel hub and took a couple weeks to get a new one. Instruction manual on paper or online would be helpful. Once up and running- I was stoked. It rides like a super light dirt bike. Shocks absorb curbs like a champ. Wish I got the ludacris mode- Already jonesing for more speed. Range is good- seems to be less powerful when battery level is below 30%. Pedals are bulky, scrapes ground while pedaling through a turn. Overall, great bike for the price. Im happy!

Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit
Glad I purchased with Luna. There were other options, but I chose Luna since good support is important with this type of purchase. It turns out I needed support several times, and Luna took care of me quickly and thoroughly.

Bafang Display Extension Cable
The cable is great, 5 stars for that, but I object to the fact that I had to buy one at all to use with Luna's dashboard. The built-in cable on the dashboard is way too short so that you have to shell out for this extension cable.

Luna 750c Full Color Display for BBDHD and BBS02
Its a nice product but there are a few things about that make it not ready for actual sale to customers. its more of a prototype.
1) it doesn't display the battery strength correctly, for a 52V battery. You have to ignore the battery strength graphic, and use the raw voltage number instead. The per cent always shows as 100%.
2) the clock does not work (it can be charged and made to work but only stays charged if you use the bike every day)
3) the cord to connect to the battery is ridiculously short and you will need to shell out another $17 for an extension cable.

Great bike, great service. The Bafang motor has performed great. This is my third bike conversion spanning nearly a decade, and it is by far the best in terms of reliability and performance.
