I've had, and even made a lot of bike lights in my time... The FF light is the best I've ever had. Everything about it makes it worth the price. Like a Mercedes. Nothing wrong with the stock Sur Ron light, but the FF upgrade is top shelf kit. Very pleased.

This is THE sprocket to have if you ride singletrack. The bike has great response and power to climb in technical areas. They use a good quality aluminum so I think it should last. Top speed GPS recorded at 39mph-40mph

I love the bike. Its a really great experience. That being said I do have a few things that keep me from giving a 5 star review. 1) The lock-tight used in the assembly must either be low quality or improperly applied. I had a number of fasteners that fell out on my first ride. The left crank arm screw, derailleur screws, and the rear shock pivot screw were the main concerns. 2) I live in a rural area with crap internet. The bike came with all kinds of stuff like face masks and fruit snacks which is cute. It did not include any instructions. I had to find a link to a blog that was buried in the website in order to find out anything about my bike. I still cannot find anything about how to properly care for the battery. I asked a support tech for info, but have been provided no information as of yet. 3) The motor gets very hot, and the range does not seem nearly as good as advertised. I keep it primarily in mode 2 or 3, and pedal my ass off. Don't use the throttle except for uphill technical corners. Recent ride on moderate trail, 13 miles used about 60% of my battery. Burnt my leg on the motor housing. 4) The chain derailleur will not engage the upper most or lower most gears on the hub. I read somewhere that they lock out one of them on purpose due to the motor alignment. Not sure about the other. Its a low quality derailleur, which is what I expected for the price. 5) The frame makes a lot of creaking noises which is concerning. I feel like something is going to fatigue, but I can't readily identify what exactly is causing the creaking noise. Other than that, for the price I feel like it is a good value, and Luna has been fairly responsive about things. They sent a new left crank arm screw for example.

Programming cable was recognized automatically by Windows 10 and connected with the BBS02B without problems. I downloaded the programming software separately, but it would be good to include something with the cable to show where and how to download and use the software. Or not.

I am very pleased with the 52v 3amp Luna Mini Charger. I shopped around quite a bit and found this model to have the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. So far I've enjoyed consistent good performance.

Essentiall for hill climbing off road. Bike will do wheelies if i gun it.

One month into ownership. Great experience so far. Put on a fat tire trail bike. Been awesome on single track trails so far. The bike is set up for snow riding but haven't tried the motor for that yet. Plenty of power.

Good product, and very fast delivery

this tool is essential to properly tighten the BBSHD onto the bottom bracket. Other general tools have too thick of a wall to fit in the clearance. This is a good investment down the line.

the motor seems to be designed well. It has plenty of torque and does not seem to heat up under load. My research indicates that the motor can actually withstand high loads and RPM but that can only be achieved with a proper sine wave controller. The default controller with the offroads setting is plenty powerful even for someone like me who weighs about 240 lbs.

The Direwolf seems to be an outstanding pack. Solid construction and quality cells. Only time will tell how reliable it actually is

Pros: The bike itself is amazing. It is a joy to ride and the performance is more than you could ask for on an e-bike at this price point. I have yet to meet a hill this can't conquer. Everyone who sees it pays it compliments. The silent gear is true to it's name. Luna has a very good customer support system in place. I've bought two bikes from Luna and I know I'll buy more!

Cons: I do not think that the quality control of the assembly and packaging is the same as those bikes completed in the USA. The crank arms were on the wrong sides. I found a couple cross threaded screws. There was wrapping around the bike during shipping but curiously there was none along the main bar where the LUNA logo is located. The handlebars were tied right to this bare surface so they rubbed a quarter sized etch mark through the logo. There is a spacer for the front wheel that isn't obvious that it is a needed part rather than part of the packaging. If you miss it you will know immediately when you scratch up the bike on the first spin of the wheel. A simple instruction sheet would have helped avoid this.

Not a single bike shop would diagnose and repair my ebike. So, I did it myself with help and support from the folks at Luna. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions! By process of elimination, I was able to track dwwn and fix the problem.

The Luna full color display 860cc has a very clear color surface which is easy to read and program within its different modes and read outs. If I have any complaint I would say it would be nice to have the same unit in a smaller size.Maybe this will be possible ??? Otherwise; So far it seems like a very good display.
