worked perfectly and programming was good for my needs
Luna has been great to deal with on every single purchase i have done.

I decided to buy it the day I rode one. My bff got one and we are roommates, his case today, and I preordered it today. That’s how sweet it is, I can’t wait to buy the belt drive and silence this delicious vehicle out!

I could go on and on about this bike but I'll keep it short. This is the most incredible ebike you will ever see as far as design and performance EVER! In your lifetime.

Awesome bike. Came all black with front mud guard, chain guard, electronic throttle, DNM front/rear suspension and rear stubby fender as stock. I upgraded to the Luna light bar and it looks ahead of its time. Riding around NYC is a breeze and exploring nature trails has never been easier. I suggest switching out the tail fender for an aftermarket one that is longer and wider. You will eventually get splatter on your back from the rear tire without more protection.

Such an obvious add on - surprised it’s not part of stock builds. Looks slick, does the trick. If I could change one thing about it, I would make it a gloss finish instead of matte so that it matches the front and rear fenders more closely (but admittedly that’s a painfully petty criticism).

Had just what I needed in stock and shipped it to me fast. Customer service is A+++++

Great bike store, quality products and reasonable prices. Shannon Crumpton.

My X-1 has blown away every expectation I had. It absolutely eats up the rocky terrain I ride here in Phoenix. If you've ever ridden South Mountain you know how gnarly it is. Can not recommend this bike enough. Thank you Luna!!!

Solved a problem with the chain falling off when on the big rear sprocket. The Specialized StumpJumper has rear suspension that interferes with the front sprocket. Clearance improves when the is weight on the bike. 800 miles so far, so good. Laser cut metal spacer had to have the overspray ground off to make it fit properly.

As Described.

To start with, my regular mountain bike is a Salsa Spearfish. This is what my X-1 has to compare to. The Luna has exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of build, componentry, and performance is up there, to say the least. I am tall, and Luna offering the XL frame was a deciding factor. The real matter is in the riding experience. I am an aging rider, with limited lung capacity, compared to my former self. Liking to stay in the game, I decided to try an electric assist bike. I have left the assist level at 2 for most riding, and am thrilled at the results. I can go as far as I used to, still get a workout, and feel satisfaction in the ride. The bike, in and of itself, is a great bike. Suspension, brakes, frame geometry, not one complaint. The motor is quiet enough, barely hear it whirring away when it is called upon. The throttle is seldom used, I do need to learn when to use it. Times such as when going through a rocky gulley where a pedal strike is likely, but I have not quite gotten the habit yet. I will. The throttle comes in smooth and easy, no jerking or surprises. I did not get the ludicrous option, the 750W standard is really more than I need, but quite welcome and fun. I guess the best review might be that I have just ordered a Luna X-1 for my wife.

these adapters look great just what I need to put a Bafang mid-drive on a 20" banana seat project I am working on VERY COOL!

Everything from Luna is first class.

I love my fat tire ebike. I live in Yucca Valley and there is mostly dirt roads all around me. I want to get another battery soon to double my range.

Ordering was easy and shipped quickly. Packed arrived in good condition. Fitment was perfect!

Works well as described. Bolt patterns were perfect match and everything fit properly as it should. I upgraded the chain to a Niche X-ring 420 chain and chain fit properly. The pros were it felt a hair snappier, but it may have just been in my head, and no more worries about snapping the belt by getting it caked in mud, not to mention not worrying about trying to source another belt. The cons, since this chain spins so much faster than the main drive chain, it is LOUD and the hum of the chain at certain speeds hit a harmonic with the chassis that I could feel in my hands and feet. I tried changing the tension of the chain a few times, from overly tight (more vibration) to a bit too slack (more noise). There was also a slight but noticeable extra drag on the drivetrain, which would be reduced using the stock or non-o-ring chain. I'm pretty sure it would quiet down a bit once everything was worn in a bit. I would recommend it for hard enduro/ overly-muddy conditions where you might dunk the bash guard in mud, I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to be stealthy or like hearing yourself think, lol.

I was amazed at the great packaging and the quality parts used to build this bike. I opted for the belt drive and love hearing the motor sounds as it winds up. It sounds so good!

I was surprised at the amount of torque and climbing ability the bike has since I almost weigh 200 pounds. There are many steep hills where I live and it climbs them all without a sweat.

I also want to thank Luna Cycle for the speedy response to my questions.

Knowledgeable friendly staff, competitive prices, fast shipping.

Fantastic product and Luna is an awesome shop to order from

I am happy to say that my Luna Eclipse BBSHD Chain Ring (Sprocket Only) was perfect. Had to add a couple of spacers to make the required fit, but the installation was simple and speedy. It's been perfect ever since.
