The battery is huge and awesome. Make sure your frame is large enough, because it fits one bike I have, but not the other. Using the older Wolfpack with the individual magnets for a year weakened the water bottle mounts, and cracked the frame, so I took it to a local welder who fixed the frame and added a strong mounting bracket for the magnet. I also added some tape to the battery to make removing the battery a little easier. The magnets are extremely powerful!

Purchased to compensate for my Shinko SR-241 tires.
This greatly improved power on hills, which was my main issue with the bigger tires.
Installation was very easy, thanks to the master link/extension kit also provided by Luna.

Sweet pedals. You could also make some that are bigger too. Awesome, like all Luna products.

The motor arrived well packaged,but was still damaged with scratches and dings. Only thing that bothered me was the dings on the threads that fit on the bottom bracket still intalled with no visible issue. But with only know if I have to undo the motor from the bike.

Fantastic. Great ebike stealth with integrated battery and integrated motor. Even though it is a large motor it is integrated so well you barely see it. Lots of power. Great Value for your money.

I like everything about the X1 going downhill. Going uphill on steep climbs I wish the bike had just a little more power. The frame size runs big and I wish I got a medium instead of a large. I have to side saddle a bit to stand. I get so many questions from people admiring the bike and asking where I got it. Charging the bike is pretty fast. The battery pack needs to be 52 volt and a little larger for a bit more range for my style of riding. I'm happy and look cool riding the bike.

Solid mount and great light ! Worth the money

Awesome trail bike! I had the pleasure to take mine up north to our cabin in N. WI where there are many good trails through the woods. Riding this bike on trails is loads of fun. Mine has ludicrous programing and climbing hills with it is easy. I've never needed to go into the lowest gears yet. There is a nice mountain bike trail a couple miles from my house and I'm hoping to get my X-1 on that before our weather here gets really bad.

I bought this bike on August 19th of 2019 because my previous e-bike, which was a random mix of parts given to me by my friend and has a whole story in and of itself, finally decided that it was done. Since I worked at a bike shop, I see a lot of bikes come and go, and one of them had a luna kit on it. I was amazed at how powerful the motor was, and how the display looked, so I decided to look up the company. I liked a lot of what I saw, and especially liked the mission statement. Since I really needed a bike and didn't really have a lot of money at the time, I decided to go for the SixFifty Lone wolf, after a careful and tough decision between the Lone Wolf Roam. And I am glad that I did. I got the Ludicrous motor option and it is amazing, when you hit the throttle, there is so much power available and the bike just takes off. Of course, my old e-bike had a not that great hub motor that barely worked anyways and was super noisy. This thing is so quiet you probably couldn't tell that it was an e-bike. I've had the bike for almost 250 miles now and everything on it is working perfectly so far. Assembly was super easy, everything was put together, all I had to do was straighten the handlebars and pump up the tires. Riding this bike was a completely different experience from my old e-bike, and while that was fun to see if it wouldn't fall apart and where the battery would randomly give out, this bike makes biking fun again. It's super fast, feels very stable, and goes easily up to 40 MPH! This bike just puts so much joy on my face every time that I ride it! The only downsides that I have with this bike are that the brakes are amazingly squeaky, although that might have to do with the way that I brake. The brakes still work very well, a lot better than my old one, so I don't mind the noise that much. Range on this bike is also amazing. When using mainly pedal assist level 2-3 and a small amount of throttle at times, I can manage about 30 miles. However, this is on quite hilly terrain. I imagine if you were to ride on a flat level surface or close to it, you could probably go quite a bit farther. This is a massive step up from my previous e-bike, which could go 7 miles on a warm day if the battery felt like it. I like the magnetic mount for the battery, but am worried about the ease of removal from the bike. Something else I want to quickly say is that this bike has mounts for a rear rack, and I got a ToPeak explorer disc rack, which works quite well. Overall, this is an amazing bike that feels great to ride, has a lot of power, and a long lasting battery. I would seriously recommend this bike to anyone who is interested in a good commuter bike if they want to carry a lot of stuff and also arrive at the office looking clean and not like they have just come from the gym.
