Works as it should thanks.

Great experience

Very nice charger. Works great for daily slow charging and rapid charging when needed.

The Model X is impressive, plan to get another in the spring for the cabin adventures. Everything works great so far but the throttle is not consistent and causes some concern to me.

I purchased a medium size X2 with Ludicrous. I live in Colorado in the mountains. I ride an average of 18 miles nearly every day. Lots of long uphills and downhills. My choice of riding terrain is not the usual for mountain bikers. I ride mostly on lightly traveled back roads at higher speeds.
After putting on about 400 miles, these are my observations. Out of the box the derailleur hanger was severely bent and required a tech with Park tools to get it dialed in. After adjustments, including suspension were made I began riding. I'm about 5' 10" and 200 lbs.
I discovered on the first ride that the Bafang, M600 overheated quickly. While it has tons of power I believe the designers idea was to trade weight and size for cooling and endurance. My guess is the designers intention for the throttle was for quick bursts, not extended climbs. As an experiment, with the motor in Ludicrous mode I tried climbing a 6% grade with throttle and the motor overheated and shut down in about 200 yards. Using the VESC app, I experimented with different settings. The Ludicrous mode heated the motor the fastest, Trail mode less so and I assume the street legal mode even less. On my typical ride I begin with a 6 mile climb up a 3% grade. If I use PAS 3 and gear #8 (of 12) and the Trail mode setting, I can manage the engine heat reaching about 90 degrees Celsius at my apex in six miles.
Additionally, no fault of the bike, for my style of cross-over road riding I would like to extend my leg a bit more and would choose a large frame bike.
Everything else I love about the bike. The frame and suspension geometry, fork rake and trail, carbon fiber frame, brakes and shifting is great. Overall I consider the bike a great Value. However I will probably sell it and purchase a large frame Z1 with the Bafang M620 trading a little more weight and bulk for greater speed, longer range, endurance and cooler running. Lastly, Luna would benefit from improved, easy access, live, customer relations and service.

Great product

Great product!

A must have upgrade for your bike pegs! More sturdy when you stand up riding.

Fast shipping, great support on the forum.

Everthangs, Great!! From top to bottom. Lookin forward to more products in the future. Thank you

I’ve had my Surron for about 7 months now and love it. It’s so easy to transport on my sedan and the riding experience is unmatched. The quality is top tier and the wrap I got from Luna cycles looks amazing

The directions aren’t the best but install is super easy and quick. I purchased this item because I am 6’ 3” tall and it was awkward riding the bike without it. With the seat riser it is the perfect height and it feels like more of my buttocks is on the seat itself. Have already recommended to fellow riders!!

I purchased the Luna lift kit to complete the geometry modifications for my size. (6’) I like the battery lid extension design because it holds the battery secure and covers the battery latch. The kit came with everything I needed except for Loctite.

I bought the Luna riser bars for my X2 Enduro as an inexpensive alternative to the Protaper riser bars, that cost me considerably more. At 6 foot 225 pounds I felt I was leaning too far forward on the bike on all the downhill trails, causing wrist fatigue and arm pump. The riser bars give me a little better ride position and reduce the arm pump on the trails. I’m not leaning as far forward on the hill climbs but with this powerful E bike you don’t need to bear down on the petals

Fits perfect pretty much no problems at all it’s much stronger than the stock one how ever it does look a little different it kinda looks like it’s 3D printed but still I’m very satisfied with my purchase

Two words “Great Bike”

I went to LA to try it out and I’ve been using it almost every day. Generally, I ride in Santa Cruz mountains and the bike performed very well. I only had one problem with my pedal. Apparently, the crank bolt loosened and fell out on the trail. The service was excellent thank you Tony! I have two friends that bought Z-1. We will be riding next week.
