I purchased an X2 Enduro, small, with the Ludicrous controller in September 2022. I’m 5’7” with a 29” inseam. Size-wise, this bike is perfect for me, although a longer seat post would be preferable if I had a longer inseam.

Assembly was straight-forward, although I had a minor technical issue (error code 30) that Luna customer service addressed quickly by e-mail (within 1 day). Overall, I’m very happy with Luna’s customer service.

Performance-wise, I couldn’t be happier with the bike. It’s easy to maneuver, great power. There were a couple of instances when I pushed the bike too hard and the controller cut off power to the motor, which I assume is a protective action to prevent the motor from overheating. I reduced the peddle assist on future rides and this solved the problem (moderately-challenging, 9-mile, single-track trail).

The handlebar is pretty wide and I’ll probably cut it down a couple of inches. I’ve already hit a couple of trees and it’s only a matter of time before I wreck the bike with the current handlebar length.

My only complaint is that I wish there was a good/better instructional video to help owners use the Ludicrous controller. It’s isn’t intuitive for most bike owners. The instructional video that’s out there, frankly, is pretty bad. Also, I wish Luna would recommend or sell a bike stand for these bikes. Being carbon fiber, I understand they don’t want us to use a kickstand, but there has to be a better option than laying
the bike on its side.

Overall, five stars. Great bike, great value. I may buy another one for a family member. Thank you, Luna!

Everything about the bike and Luna Cycle is TOP OF THE LINE!! Customer service was on point, shipping was fast, and the bike is bad @SS!!.

Quick Shipping

Haven't installed yet but looks good!

Much needed after a crash thank you Luna!

Awesome as always! Best pricing, top notch customer service, fast shipping A+++++ I'm 250lbs 6'2 and have been doing hard Enduro, high jumps and this lift kit is holding up well. So glad they restocked thank you Luna!!!

this bracket helped brace the motor from moving...... I recommend it

Great product as usual. Feels a lot more smooth when making turns . Must buy .

It's literally the best wraps you can get for the bike. Looks great & colors are really bright.

Works great! Burly and easy to install. Been riding with it for over a year with no issues.

Awesome Seat, very comfortable and nice to look at. The Seat is a bit bigger than the Stock Seat, also on the sides what makes it very comfy to ride. Very happy with it 😍

The piece is cut very precisely, and fits exactly. Being able to get it with your own custom number already printed on it is a nice touch. It is an inexpensive not cheap way to clean up the look of the front end of your Sur Ron. The stock number plate does work just fine to hold a number, but this one from Luna isn’t so drab and looks like it should be on the bike.

Great product

I bought 4 of them. They all worked fantastic. I would buy again in a heart beat.

Where the hell are the instructions?

They work great, perfect replacement for all of my broken ones

Great bike so fun. 82 miles of single track miles so far. Changed the stem. Needed a shorter stem, stock is to long. Suspension wise, running 4 spacers in the fork and 70psi works best for me.
Motor and gearing. Run it mostly in power setting three. Seems the best for tighter woods single track. Drive train has been great so far. Again I run it in tighter woods and shift gears one at a time and baby it. It is alot of power for a 12 speed set up. Tires and traction is amazing.

One of the best purchases I ever made. Sooooo fun!! Unfortunately my first X bike was taken, but I loved it so much I bought another, but a few weeks later the new one was also taken. Saving up for third. Can’t wait. You will not regret buying this bike!!!

Seems like a great site, timely delivery and awesome product

Great bike. Long battery life and real aril you easy to assemble. It was a little difficult to get the front axle through but was able to with a little effort. Upgraded the pegs, peg brace, and brake pads immediately and don’t plan on doing much more for a while. Overall an awesome bike! Also, extremely fast shipping for such a big product. Received it exactly 1 week from purchase date. Bike was instock at the time of order.
