Super soft ride!

Luna is great, they answered all my questions and make a very high quality product. I am still learning the bike's full potential because I don't have a lot of mountain biking experience and the learning curve is higher than the lower budget fat tire ebike I got for my wife. The suspension travel is sweet, the bike is very light for an ebike and it looks the business! I think I will upgrade to the twist throttle because the left mounted thumb throttle is very sensitive from a stop. The pedal assist works great though, it feels like you have bionic legs.

Major upgrade from the stock seat. I now ride in comfort and I can stay on the bike longer. Let’s be honest, the stock seat was painful. This seat makes for a much more enjoyable ride. Also if you’re looking for a little more lift it does help raise the riders height slightly.

My Sur Ron purchase could not have goon more smoothly. I picked the bike up in person and the staff quickly had me on my way. I had the bike assembled later that day and have ridden it almost everyday on trails near my house in Tustin.

Its very strong and sturdy, defintley an upgrade to the stock plate.

As usual Luna was amazing! Their customer support is top notch! They told me how to test to see what was wrong with my Suron and walked me through it. I ordered the new wave controller and installed it. Works great! Thanks Luna!!!

Great headset. Quality product. Would buy again!

Solid construction. Perfect fit and upgrade!

Great quality and product

Shipped in less than a week. Only complaint was that the unpacking instructions were not very clear. Not that hard to figure out either though. Bike came with orange stickers already applied, which I didn't really want, but whatever. The bike is fantastic and I can't wait for my next ride.

Impressive quality. Used these to make charge cables by attaching AS150+XT150 connectors on the pigtail end. They mate nicely between the Tattu charger and Tattu drone batteries.

Hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. I smile and holler like I’m 20 years old and I’m nearing 50. Rides with the family are epic too!

These seem to be working good but require a lot of rigging and most likely you will lose the magnets very quickly especially if you use the included 3M tape. I wish they had a better design than this but so long as you can find good spots to mount them and a good way to secure them. They do what you need which is stop the motor when using the brakes.

Luna cycles delivers big time on the Surron!

The X2 is a great bike. I originally bought the small because I wanted a bike with short reach due to injuries. With the small, I wasn't able to get proper leg extension with the seatpost fully extended (31" inseam). I showed it to my sister and it fit her without problem. She loves it and ordered a large and we swapped bikes. If i can post pictures, the small is on the left and large on the right. Both bikes have riser handlebars 75mm on left, 90mm on right. The bikes are great! We love them. We're coming from riding road bikes. We use them on the street and the full suspension makes for a smooth ride. Both bikes have the ludicrous controller and it's a game changer. The ability to make changes to the settings is really helpful for dialing in the right amount of power. I use the bike for physical therapy and exercise. As my injuries get better and I develope more strength, I turn the power down to get more of a work out. I have another ebike with a cadence sensor and non- programmable controller. It is not the same type of experience. I either get too little power, or too much. I cannot get the same workout on that bike. I put a different wheelset with Schwalbe Super Moto-X tired on the bike. This setup is perfect for road riding. One of the bikes had a defective motor. I contacted Luna Cycle and they tracked down the problem and sent an RMA within a couple days. The motor is still out for repair so I purchased a spare motor from their website to minimize downtime. I tend to keep bikes for a very long time and having the ability to get spare parts is valuable to me. Luna has a great selection of parts and the price is great. They've answered any questions I've had about bikes and parts. Thanks to the Luna staff!

The customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. The processed and shipped my order super quick.
