Great service and great products. Really like my Eggrider display

Bike is great, if you're on the fence, like fun, and can afford it by all means purchase it. Luna Cycle has been great. The packaging was slightly damaged when it arrived (more a fedex issue than a Luna issue) but the bike was packaged expertly which prevented any damage to the actual merchandise during transit. Post purchase I reached out to get some paperwork and received a prompt response with reasonable expectations set. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to doing business with Luna and their team again in the future.

Awesomeness perfect fit & placement!

Absolutely love my Sur Ron X, it is a pretty small bike out of the box but there are plenty of aftermarket parts for it to help fit you better. The bike has plenty of power and is super capable off road and keeps up with traffic on the road for running errands.

Excellent and reliable drive belt!

Overall, the X2 is a great bike, but could use a few improvements. It's heavy compared to my son's equivalent Trek Mountain e-bike. The additional motor power helps overcome the heavy weight, but it's a bit of a burden in the air and for control overall. It's a great climber for sure. It's a joy to ride in most situations. Do be careful as the power has shown to propel you in places and at times, you'd rather not have it. A relaxed stroke on the peddle after a climb could send you off a sharp corner if still dialed up.
I've been riding the X2 for a just a few months, after waiting 6 months to get the correct battery, and had to disassemble and send (at my expense) the motor back to Luna for repairs due to an early broken internal gear assembly. Also, for some reason I cannot keep the front hub assembly tight. That combined with, the NON-Rockshock front suspension that came on my version, the front end constantly develops a lot of play that is a bit disconcerting at times on the trails. The whole bike is a little creaky and has some rattles I have been on the hunt to find.
It also won't stay in Ludicrous mode. I'm hoping that's a user problem, and there isn't a proper detailed owner's manual that I can find.
We'll see if they get the motor back to me in a timely manner and if the bike can stay together with the rigors of climbing the Utah mountains. For the price it's a great bike in theory, but time will tell if indeed in real life if it's a quality bike.

Awesome light. Display is hard to see in the daytime with the angle. The highest setting which is 5 is so bright that it will overheat the device and will shut down if you use it too long. Level 2 is all you need to see riding at night.

Another excellent purchase from the folks st Luna

I would give it 5 stars but it doesn’t have the side rails to keep the belt on the pulley on both sides, only one. The picture and others on the website show it with both

This bike is great! It arrived in about a week and a half and it was packaged great. Setup was very easy, it only took about 20 mins. Overall very fun!

Great light at a fair price! Luna got the goods.

This is the best website. Shipping was super fast and the price was very competitive.

Best

This is the only place i would consider purchasing from.

Lunacycle is the best when it comes to e-bikes and the Sur ron. I live on east coast and received my x bike 10 days after I ordered 😊 Support team answered my questions whenever I message them and rhe quality of these bikes are definitely a value.

Good review

Great risers! Must have for riders 6’+!

The bike was delivered in good condition and works great. The customer service was excellent, even after purchase!

Liked it so much I had to get another one!
