I am trying to return my order 46889. It didn’t remove the etching on my marble bathroom countertop. I followed the instructions but not happy with the results.

I apologize for the delay in response. Your message was sent to the wrong folder. We will be happy to try and help you. Can you tell me what type of etching you were trying to remove? Did it feel smooth or rough to the touch? Is your marble a polished finish or a honed finish? How large an area do the etches cover? If you could send me some photos of your stone, I will be happy to speak with my pro and see if there is anything we can do to help.

MB DENIED MY REFUND, BUT MY PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. WHAT MORE PROOF COULD THEY NEED.

I got the etching remover and it works pretty well. I've gone over the marble twice and a third application is necessary. What's frustrating is cleaning the hazing off. It seems no matter how many times I clean it, the marble still has a haze on it.

I went to the cemetery today, being Memorial Day to clean my parents and my brothers headstones. I followed the directions to the Tee and the results weren’t as good as I expected. In fact it was horrible. I cannot advise anyone to use this. I think I would have better luck with Simple Green. Which I will probably try next.
