Stain Reaper - 1 lb
This stuff works! I was hesitant because we have new marble counters in the kitchen and they are white, so anything that beats the sealer we used shows up. This worked great! I will note that the reaper spreads out beyond right where you put in on marble , which made me nervous. But I learned (through great customer service) to trust the process. Once it was done, there was still a dark spot left but input all purpose flour on it for a few hours and then a fan on the counter and poof - like new! No stain at all. Wanted to call out the spreading and the drying process because I know it freaked me out a little. It’s likely because our marble isn’t sealed well enough, which is my next problem to solve!

We are so happy we were able to help, when I first received your email, I could tell how panicked you seemed to be. For future reference, the next time you need to use the stain reaper, apply a little water to the stone first which will help maintain the spreading of the product. If the poultice is completely dry before removing, in most cases, there should not be much moisture left on the stone unless the stone is really porous. Some stones will dry quicker than others, it will all depend on how porous the stone is. The stone does look great, so happy we could help!

Blue Skies Marble Safe Hand Soap
I love this product but I wish it came in a larger refill size. I would like to pour it into my decorative soap dispensers and don’t need these little ones every single time I order. Also, buying in a larger size would make this product more cost effective for customers like me.

We are so happy that you love the hand soap, we have been discussing doing a larger bottle but nothing has been finalized. Hopefully, that will be something we can do in the future. Thank you for the positive feedback.

MB-20® Granite Polishing Kit
I have ubatuba gold granite that was showing wear around the sink and island so I bought a wet polisher and got to work. After I wet polished finishing up with 6000 grit the granite looked dull. I was introduced to mb 20 by Jeff who works with granite for a living in the Pittsburgh Pa. area. He once was having trouble refinishing some black granite and some how came upon your product. Jeff gave me about a teaspoon of mb 20 and lent me his pigs hair buffing pad. So I got back to work. After about an hour I was done the granite looked brand new was able to blend it into the the untouched area and you can’t tell where I left off. MB20 is great! I liked to thank Rhonda for her time and professionalism and keeping me apprised of my order. So that’s why I purchased the MB20 kit to do the island.

Stain Reaper - 1 lb
Woohoo!!! I don't typically leave reviews, but I am so grateful to finally have seen actual results on our light colored granite, which we had paid someone to seal (obviously ineffectively) prior to moving into our new home 1 year ago. The granite was so, so clouded and dingy from prepping 3 meals a day on the island. We have tried 2 different homemade poultices from various blogs with minimal results, one of which almost made me pass out from the mineral spirits fumes & left our countertops unusable for weeks, as the smell was trapped in the granite. As someone very sensitive to odors in triggering migraines, I will agree that the orangey citrus scent is strong, but nothing like the mineral spirits, and as long as you keep windows open to allow a cross breeze, it is absolutely bearable. I am ordering more now to do the rest of the island and other parts of the kitchen in the larger size tub. I also love the Green Thing cleaner for daily granite cleanup. Thank you so much for these products!

Easy Oxy Multi-Surface Cleaner
The Oxy Multi surface cleaner was recommended and used by the guy I hired to clean my granite counters. The cleaner is fabulous as it cleans without leaving the usual film I used to see with other cleaners. I have already recommended it to my family and friends !!

D/2 Biological Solution
This product is amazing. There was black mold growing on an outside stucco wall. I sprayed the wall down with D2 in the evening on 1/20/21 & just left it. Now today on 2/2/21 it is about 85% gone. This stuff is amazing! I cant believe I didn't have to scrub at all.

Good morning,
I am happy that you were able to get the results you were looking for. I do apologize for the strong smell but that is what makes it effective. Therefore, that is why we recommend that it is used in a well-ventilated area or to use fans when applying the product. Thank you for your positive feedback.
