I purchased a long line which was in your sale. It said the box was damaged. I already own one so thought it would make a good gift for my son in law. It arrived - as expected - not in it's original box. I gave it to my son in law for his birthday. My daughter then sent me photos of it. It has been used and still has bait attached , seaweed , it's starting to rust and is sandy. This is not what I purchased. This is called USED? SECOND HAND . and not what I paid for. I made a complaint on your website. NO RESPONSE and yet you can answer my other query within a couple of hours. I have been placed in an embarrassing situation , purchased an item from you which is used and definitely second hand and you don't respond to my emails. This experience has changed my perception of your company completely. It's gone from a 10 to a 1 in just one experience. Hugely disapointing
