Love the shop and the on line stuff you do a great job - you need to be closer to town or have two shops! Rosebank road is a long way away for me.

I will never buy another rod or reel from you again...
I had a warrenty and you made me pay more to replace my rod and i diddnt and still dont exceed my casting weights...
24/04/2025 You have replied which i diddnt expect and because a rod doesnt snap first cast doesn't mean its not a faulty blank... iv been around to fishing stores local to my city plus other cities and they are all saying "Marine Deals are a horrible crowed to get to honor their warranties" and i beleive them. The fact i took a discounted replacement just means i diddnt have to pay full price to replace my rod... i also know someone whos rod snapped in 2 places the second time he used it and you diddnt honor his warrenty eather...
My statement still stands though i will never buy another rod or reel from you because of my experience. I will continue to buy terminal tackle and probably other products as i do a fair vit of camping too.

Hi Stephen,
We're sorry the damage wasn't covered by the warranty. As communicated, it's unlikely to be a blank fault or it would have broken first time off. We've checked our records and found you took our offer of purchasing a new one at a discount
