Great hassle free service and fast delivery

Excellent service, very prompt delivery.

The water heater worked well. We went camping over Easter weekend and I put it to good use. We had a rough start though. We received the unit and I plugged it in to charge it. It smoked and nearly caught on fire. I was very disappointed but we were lucky it only smoked and didn't burst into flames. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service I received when ringing up about it. We were treated on the phone by a very pleasant lady who was very helpful. She organised to have a new unit sent to us as soon as the warehouse opened and also sent a courier ticket with it so I didn't have to pay to return the unit. I called on Saturday and I was leaving to go camping on Thursday so needed the heater by Wednesday so I could charge it. We received the new unit Wednesday. Unsure of the problem with the first unit but the second worked well. I would like to thank the lady (sorry but can't remember her name) very much for her excellent customer service and also Marine Deals for replacing the faulty unit so quickly. Made things very easy for me. Thank you. 4 Stars for the unit as the first one was faulty. 5 stars for marine deals customer service!!

2 weeks I haven't received my refund.
