Bought a fishing reel, first one sent out wasn't smooth, made strange noises almost broken, was then sent out a replacement not much better not smooth eventually after numerous calls and returns, stress had to settle for a different reel altogether which wasn't packaged very well could have been broken in transit. More care needs to be taken, probably the last expensive reel I buy from marine deals. Very slow dealing with situation and confusion in customer care. Improve on packaging expensive items.

Thank you for the replacement flies, the quality of the flies that were advertised in the picture still do not represent what I received?
