Great prices. Rod missing from first order but suspect courier missed it. Meantime MD sent out a replacement no question about it. Great service. The first one mean time turned up which I sent back. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Also the technical help prepurchase was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!!

Recently purchased some swim fins, but sadly they didn't fit. Mia went above and beyond to arrange the return and refund. I would gladly purchase from Marine Deals again in the future as they have shown fantastic customer service. :)

Hi
I recently contacted Marine Deals re a problem I had with a wash down pump I purchased last year
The pressure switch had failed
I spoke with a Marine Deals rep, and at her suggestion, sent through a photo of the failed switch.
The pump was under warranty
A replacement switch was couriered to me overnight, the very next day the pump was reinstalled, good as new
Excellent service as usual Marine Deals
I live in Taranaki, but your prompt service is like having your shop on my doorstep
Keep it up
Regards
