Marine deals were right on the money with getting the package out and kept me updated on delivery but unfortunately they were let down by Courier Post as it is now been 10 days since the parcel was delivered to the local depot to be processed and i am still waiting to see my purchase.

Very disappointed . My item arrived broken due to inadequate packing. Item was replaced but not with same specifications. Was told that the remaining stock was of the same quality as the wrongly sent replacement . I was offered a $5 deduction but declined it. So, I have a oil stone that is of no use to me...I have acknowledge the wrong replacement item complete with photographs as proof, and also the kind offer of $5 as a goodwill guesture ....but this customer has nothing to be happy about with this one sided deal. Not my idea of customer service , I guess it must be yours. I don't intend to take this matter any further , just happy it wasn't something very expensive.

Unfortunately, someone put the wrong courier sticker on my and somebody else's purchases. I got their trousers, they got my Lowrance gps. After a call to your staff at Papatoe/Panmure (?) they had received a return and a staff member personally delivered the sounder to my home in Gulf Harbour and picked up the trousers.
Brilliant as I had the boat lifted out of the Marina to fit the transducer and it was costing me mega bucks per day
Fortunately, only one day and you good people have given me a $50 voucher to use. Thank you. Didn't expect it as I acknowledge that humans do make mistakes. But Thank you
