Prompt shipping as usual but unfortunately the nomad lure I ordered seems to leak but I'm not sure I can blame MD for that

Easy to order online. Nevertheless has a wrong delivery made to me on my last order. Order two items ( with a free rod offer) but got an anchor delivered instead of a kiwi frame chair - had some problems sending photo over until last attempt. Rectify but still waiting for correct the chair to be delivered n anchor taken back. Hope this latest order does not come to the same fate.

The product is excellent, however I did have to go through a lengthy process to get it exchanged for a different size. It took over 2 weeks for this to happen and in that time I had no communication either by telephone or email (apart from the return form, which was sent back with the original top)to update me on the whereabouts of my $250 purchase. A little communication goes a long way!!!
