Staff at the end of the phone were not helpful or friendly. System for returning was poor. No phone number on correspondence or actual address. Contradictory emails received. Told return item hadn't been received but when NZPost became involved my return item was found within an hour??? I have unsubscribed. This was my second purchase from Marine Deals, the first went through satisfactorily however the second took approx 5 weeks to resolve and was most unsatisfactory.

Didn't have product in store that was listed on website, apparently someone had 'mistakenly' entered the wrong product. Also, was told via phone that our backorder was in store, when arrived the product was not in store. Poor interactions.
