I have dealt with Marine Deals for a few years. I have never had anything but outstanding service, great advice and prompt delivery. I read the poor reviews and wonder why - I know things go wrong but when I have had A PROBLEM Simon and team have come to my rescue. Give them a break guys when something is wrong, as I know they will fix it! Tight lines

I ordered hooks and received the wrong brand but in reply to my email I received a mobile call to discuss the problem and the correct brand was delivered to me 2 days later. Excellent customer service despite the initial problem!

I have made a number of purchases over the last month or so and really do rate these guys. I've shopped around a lot and they are continually well priced, often the best priced. Their customer service has been awesome and I've had a few queries with them over the last week and they have always been prompt to reply. The latest was a net delivered bent by the courier service. No questions asked, a replacement is on its way with a ticket for me to return it. Keep up the good work lads n ladies.
