I have over the past months, dealt with Marine-Deals both online and direct thru their store. On every occasion the team have been 1st class, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery to the South Island from time of online purchase is very fast and usually no more than 2 days. I am very happy with the products purchased to date and the excellent service provided and will definitely continue purchase from them in the future. Keep up the good work guys and Thank you!

Why would you buy from anywhere else?

I would rate them 0stars but that isn't and option 1 is as low as it goes... First of all forgot to send half the order, from what I can only guess to be related to special needs. Then after a week of emails and calls trying to sort this issue out they finally dispatched the 2nd half of my order... to the wrong address, which I can only assume to be a major malfunction of basic intelligence... Nothing but headaches from this place and I will never purchase from them again, I highly recommend discount fishing supplies in gizzy if anyone interested in quality service for the same price and gear.

Hi Ozz, thanks for your review - not sure about your plug for our competitor though :-(. I'm sorry we missed half your order, when we shipped the remainder of your order, our team member who placed the order used your account address and not your recent order address which is our error and we've taken steps to ensure our system uses the most recent order address by default. We're sorry you refused our gift voucher which we offered to you when we called you.

I have purchased stainless steel underwater lights for a launch. Shortly after their installation the lights failed.
I was told by marine deals the product failed because the back plates were loose from factory. Their answer to me was, I had to do the quality control, remedy the poor quality workmanship before installing them. This is pathetic! Not only I was sold faulty lights but have now to bear the cost of having to haul out the boat and get them replaced. Be aware of product quality. Cheapest not always best.
