I am still waiting for my parcel.
Order 9th November and then it got delayed at the depot no contact until I reached out to the accounts team (marine) and then to the nz post team went back and forth until finaly NZ POST had informed me that my parcel was returned to sender.
I was informed it was damaged during transit.
So now I have to wait another week?
I have missed out on using the fishing gear because I’m not sure when my next fishing trip would be was relying on the gear to arrive early but it didn’t.
Not sure if I would be ordering from marine deals again.
Bit of communication goes a long way.

Always deary to help out when needed. Great service and friendly people and most of all when you contact them you speak to a real person not a machine. Keep it up guys.

Was not packed very well. Just thrown in a light weight plastic courier bag. This had holes in it, much more throwing around by the couriers would have resulted in items falling out.
