We purchased an inflatable spa. When it arrived, parts were missing, and it was a major hassle trying to get them. When the parts finally arrived, we had use of the spa three times before it stopped working. It has again been a hassle trying to return it, expecting a full refund. It has been sitting in its box for several days now, waiting for the courier which Marine Deals said they were arranging to pick it up. Customer service is a joke!
