Although I've only had my System for 5 days now, I am 100% happy with it. It allows me to take it with me anywhere I go (within the U.S.). It is so much simpler and easier than the Home and Yard System I had previously. I wish I had bought the Home and Away System in the first place. I recommend it.

The staff of the company is extremely helpful. Equipment is extremely sensitive and we do not know if we can keep it or not as it is difficult to wear either the bracelet or the wrist because it takes off many times. It is good, but it might not be what we are looking for

We have had the product for apex 1 1/2 wks and are still working out the "bugs". The lanyard is too long and have had to make several adjustments to keep from accidentally setting off an alert. We purchased the GPS home and away system and cannot get a consistent signal. Customer service has instructed us to walk around until we get a strong signal but if my mother falls she is not going to be able to crawl around to find a signal. Still testing and may end up replacing with a different system.

Lockbox EMS Key Storage
The lock box is an excellent item to have especially for someone who lives alone. I put a key to our front door in the box and hung it on the door knob. This box adds more security to our household which is really needed for someone in our situation. Love the lock box!
