Our family purchased the Smartwatch for my Mom as she is getting older and living in a large 4 bedroom house with the steps to the bedroom. She is very happy with the watch and has the comfort knowing she can call for help if she falls. The rep we worked with (Debbie) was very helpful guiding me through the Smartwatch features and next steps on registration. The watch came in a few days along with paperwork to get started. The whole process was very streamlined.

I am pleased with the Medical Alert and the modern technology to keep me safe on the go and in my home. I read all the instructions and got questions answered by customer service. Cameron filled out
