It is a seeming simple product and service, but it is well-thought out, and must be reassuring to other people who use it. I forget some days. But, I have had experiences in which I lost almost all the strength in my arms and legs. I could have used this then. My disease is Peripheral Neuropathy. So, since it is a progressive disease, I expect I will be hanging my Medical Care Alert more and more often. I have pressed (it goes around you neck--you push the button, and immediately get a response. (I know, I pressed it by accident). And they were cool about it.
