Tony entered the order of contacts incorrectly. The company did not follow our directions. October was a nightmare for us because of this error. Every time we renewed we went through the same issues. December 16 the patient was admitted to the hospital. I notified the company and asked to have Gail or Sue contact me to put his account on hold. I never received a call. When I took it upon myself to call, I was never given a break on service due to the fact the representative failed to call me back regarding the hospitalization. My brother inlaw, patient is still in a facility. I returned the unit but have not received a refund.I recently became aware that this company uses the same monitoring company a similar alert company uses. I quit that company for the same problems I experience with your company. I am exploring other options that may be available to us.

Very positive experience. Very patient staff, since I set off my device accidentally, at least 30 times. Sorry! Also, the staff is very patient & helpful when I need assistance with the device. I and my family feel very secure knowing help is just a button-push away. I had a very bad fall last year, hitting my head, while on the phone with my daughter in NJ. She insisted on getting me the device, after that. Now she has peace of mind! Your device seems to be the better one around.
