I have only had to use your services once when I fell. I pushed he button my wrist remote and immediately your team answered and began asking me questions. They immediately called my son who I listed as a responder and he was here in 5 minutes. Thank you for your I. immediate response. I do have a question. Is your service connected to my phone and if so when my phone is out of service (which is often) do you have a battery backup???
