Excelent service. My father had two alarms -- both by activating the device by accident -- I was called immediately, help was sent, they entered the house via lockbox and confirmed that dad was okay. I was glad that we were able to see how well the system works. Courteous and helpful customer service. Highly recommend.

A problem for those with some hearing aids. I find the sound over the speaker is not loud nor clear enough to be understood. I activated the device accidently while removing clothes from a dryer and could not hear the person trying to contact me. Since I did not reply I found an ambulance dispatched to my home. FALSE ALARM! Need to do something to improve communication with hard of hearing folks. SInce many hearing aids now link to bluetooth you may need to explore that option. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the service.
