These flanges have worked better than others we have tried; on average a flange will last 3-4 days, we’ve surpassed that reaching as many as 7 days. When we use these flanges we also use a Stoma adhesive around the opening and some 2” 3M Healthcare tape in areas were the skin flexes a lot.
