It’s good, but it cannot handle my sweat. The adhesion disappears and it leaks. I do use a #7805 shaping barrier underneath to smooth out my abdomen, but it’s afraid of sweat, too. A bag rounds out the appliance for my urine side.

I was using these Ultra Fine filter for my S10 Resmed. I change providers. My new provider started suppling me with Pollen Filters which is a lesser grade. When I was using the Ultra Fine after a 2 week replacement the filter was very dirty. It picked up all partials of dirt and pollen that went through it. When I was using the Pollen filter it looked just as it did when I put it in to after 2 weeks. I now pay for my own filters and these are the best price from MedicalMega.
