I’ve been a customer of Medical Mega for a couple of years. A few weeks ago I had a doubt about a product I usually buy and that had changed the presentation. I called customer service and the person on the phone could not answer my doubts and did not even tried to find out an answer for me. I ended calling the product manufacturing company to clarify my doubts. I appreciate that you have good prices and ship quickly but your customer service needs to improve.

I didn't get what I ordered I was sent a replacement. I am still waiting for Ups to pick up. I was not informed they did not have it. My telephone number was with my order and I should have been asked if I would except a replacement. Very dissatisfied. I ordered 3 cases please pickup and refund my money.

The package arrived quickly and seemed to be packaged well for shipment. But when I opened the packaging the actual box looked like it had gotten wet and then dried out. The ends had tape on them but the tape on one side had been cut. The actual bottle looked fine but there was no foil across the contents (although I don't know if there ever was from the manufacturer). I couldn't count the contents as that would have contaminated them, so I'm keeping tabs on my usage and will know in 100 days whether anything was removed.
