I ordered coaguchek testing strips, but you sent me a box of Neonatal monitors which I had to send back. When I did receive the correct item, the box was open and the chip which goes inside my machine was missing! Finally found it in bottom of shipping box in shipping paper...not good! This was not a good experience and I’m not sure I will order again. Very sloppy and haphazard!
