I'm very disappointed with this company. I placed my order and was sent something different. I sent them five emails and photos telling them this, but no one ever responded. After the sixth email I finally received a label to return the item. The label was for the USPS. This means I'd have to arrange for someone to take the item to the post office, as I'm unable to drive at this time. That was why I ordered the item rather than going to the store to buy it. So I wrote back to tell them this, but they said they only use USPS. However, this is not true. They originally sent the item to me via Fedex. Since I still can't drive, I feel they should give me a FedEx label. They have very poor customer service.
