Shipping transit time may be beyond your control but it sure takes a long time to get the order. Order was complete but slightly crushed. Not packed well enough to prevent crushing damage.

Product was damaged during shipping and Medical Mega replaced it quickly and at no additional charge. That is great customer service and I will continue to do business with them.

I ordered biofreeze at an awesome price. I had to call customer service as it had been almost a month and still no biofreeze. They were able to fix the problem within minutes.
I will definitely order from them again!

The purchase went smoothly, but the lap desk was cheap plastic and the attached cushion feels sparsely filled. It will do the job I suppose. Just not what I thought I was buying. Will probably not shop on this site, again.
