I was so happy to find iLex for our daughter through Medical Mega. I had had such a hard time finding it in any stores and it was horribly expensive on Amazon. It was the only thing that worked for our daughter's diaper rash when she was in the NICU, so I was thrilled to find it here at a much more affordable price. It also arrived really fast! I highly recommend Medical Mega.

I love CareMates gloves, and was happy to find a site that carries them on line. It's impossible for me to get them in stores anymore. But they were sent in a carton with absolutely no protection inside, and the CareMates boxes were not only squashed but some of the gloves were hanging out of the ends of the boxes.
I emailed Medical Mega and called. As far as I can tell my message went through, as I received another carton of the same gloves a few days later. But there was no email response to mine so I am not sure. Anyway, these gloves were packaged exactly the same way as the first time, which is ridiculous given that there is a hefty charge for shipping and handling. I would give four or five stars if the CareMates boxes were packaged so that they don't get squashed, dirty, open in the carton, wet, etc. If the S/H charges were less by a dollar and the packaging improved, five stars would be my rating. Alas, I don't think I would recommend or use your site again, unless some changes were made. I gave two stars for carrying the product, and apparently trying to send me undamaged CareMates replacements.

The first shipment wasn’t packaged properly. It allowed the puddings to bounce around a box too big for them and no paper or bubble wrap yo keep them in place therefore they arrived opened and damaged. Called and got a replacement shipment right away and in perfect condition. A mistake that was corrected promptly and courteously. I would do business with Medical Mega again.

The order process was OK, the product was exactly what we wanted. What keeps this from a 5 star review is the lack of communication about shipping. I would have liked an e-mail with tracking information on the day it was shipped.
